Sales Terms and Conditions

WELCOME

Thank you for deciding to purchase one of our puppies. We want to make this a stress-free and enjoyable experience for you. Please feel free to email or call me with any questions or concerns that you might have along the way. We will keep you up to date with information about your puppy as it grows, all the way until it is time for your puppy to go to its new home. We strive for weekly picture and personality updates. 

This contract is written for the protection of both the breeder and the buyer - However, it is primarily written to protect the health and general well-being of the puppy. Please read it carefully and initial beside each number below to show you have read and agree with the outlined terms. 

PURCHASE AGREEMENT

Please also read the health guarantee before paying your deposit to reserve a puppy, or joining the waitlist. You will also receive a copy via email.  By putting a deposit on a puppy, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions within this contract.

DEPOSIT: We require a $500 dollar NON-REFUNDABLE deposit in order to hold the puppy of your choice. The deposit can only be paid digitally: ZELLE, VENMO, CASHAPP, or PAYPAL(plus 3% to cover their fees or via friends and family).

This deposit is non-refundable, unless there is a problem with the health of your puppy. In that case, the buyer will have their choice of a full refund or of transferring that deposit toward another puppy.

**Please be certain that you are ready for the time commitment and financial responsibility of a puppy prior to putting a deposit on one. If you simply change your mind, we will keep your deposit. The puppy will be re-listed and we will have to restart the adoption process all over again. **

SALES TAXES: We are an LLC and are charged quarterly sales taxes of 6.5% on all puppies we breed and sell. That amount is to be paid by the BUYER. Your total purchase price will be given to you with sales taxes included. You will see the breakdown on your bill of sale. THIS REQUIRED and CANNOT be WAIVED.

READINESS: It will be up to us, the breeders, to decide when the puppy will be ready to go to its new home: Usually at the age of 8 weeks, depending on the health, weight of the puppy, and how easily it is weaned from the mother. We will not, under any circumstances, let the puppy leave before it is ready. 

Once a “ready by” date is established, puppies must be picked up within 72 hours of that date SO VET RECORDS AND TEST RESULTS ARE STILL VALID AND ACCURATE. 

Puppies are a lot of work at this age. There is a lot of liability that we take on when we have to care for them beyond a certain date: accidental injury, choking hazards, etc. We prefer not to take on this liability unless absolutely necessary.

There is a $20 per day kenneling charge for puppies kept beyond that date to offset our time, feeding, training and cleaning after your puppy.

*Also, any additional vet costs that are incurred while that puppy is left in our care, including any vaccinations or office visits that come due, will be payable by YOU upon pick up. These are charges that you would have been responsible for with your own vet had the puppy been picked up on the ready-by date.

PICKUP/DELIVERY: We prefer you pick your puppy up at our home so that you may see how and where your puppy was raised. We are not USDA regulated and as such, you must come and inspect the puppy, parents and facilities prior to bringing your puppy home.

FINAL PAYMENT: The balance must be paid in full by the date of pickup. It can be paid via digital methods or cash.***

IF YOU USE PAYPAL, CREDIT CARDS, OR OTHER MEANS THAT INCUR FEES, YOU MUST ALSO ADD THOSE TO YOUR TOTAL. WE WILL NO LONGER COVER THESE EXPENSES ON OUR CUSTOMERS’ BEHALF.
